Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with a clear 360° unboxing video showing the sealed package and shipping label before opening. The video must be continuous, without any cuts or edits, and clearly show that the parcel was unopened. Any issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after 2 days or without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
