What products do you sell?
REBA AURA offers a curated collection of fashion and statement jewellery, including necklaces, chokers, hasli, earrings, ear cuffs, bangles, bracelets, rings, hand accessories, brooches, hair accessories and bridal jewellery.
Our collections are designed for everyday styling, festive occasions, parties, weddings and special events.
Are your jewellery pieces suitable for bridal wear?
Yes. We have a selection of statement and bridal-inspired jewellery suitable for weddings, engagements, receptions, festive occasions and traditional outfits.
We recommend checking the product images and description to choose the style that best matches your occasion.
Do you sell jewellery sets?
Yes. Some of our collections include coordinated jewellery pieces and sets. Please check the individual product listing to see exactly what is included with each item.
Will I receive exactly the product shown in the pictures?
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight differences in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
For handcrafted pieces, minor variations may also occur naturally.
Are REBA AURA products handmade?
Some of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted. Small variations in texture, colour or finish can therefore occur and are a natural characteristic of handcrafted jewellery.
Orders & Shipping
How can I place an order?
Simply select your favourite product, choose the available variant or colour, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your order using the available payment options.
When will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
Will I receive tracking information?
Once your order has been dispatched, the relevant shipping/tracking information will be provided according to the courier process.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery address. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds?
No. REBA AURA does not provide refunds on purchases.
Eligible products may be exchanged according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Can I exchange my jewellery?
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged?
Please record a continuous 360° unboxing video while opening your package.
The video should clearly show:

Condition of the package before opening

The complete unboxing process

The jewellery/product after opening
This video is required to process a damage or incorrect-product claim.
How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
Any damage, defect or incorrect-product issue should be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Can sale products be exchanged?
Products purchased during sales, promotions or special offers are not eligible for exchange.
Can I exchange bags or other accessories?
Certain products, including bags, Rakhi collections, home décor items and other specified non-exchangeable products, are not eligible for exchange.
Please check the product listing and applicable policy before placing your order.
Can I exchange jewellery for sarees or vice versa?
No. Jewellery cannot be exchanged for sarees, and sarees cannot be exchanged for jewellery.
Are international orders eligible for return or exchange?
No. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Jewellery Care
How should I take care of my jewellery?
To maintain the appearance of your jewellery:

Keep jewellery away from water and moisture.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, sprays and cosmetics.

Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming or exercising.

Store each piece separately to avoid scratches and tangling.

Keep jewellery in a dry place when not in use.

Handle delicate and handcrafted pieces carefully.
Can I wear fashion jewellery while bathing or swimming?
We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, swimming or coming into contact with water to help maintain its finish and appearance.
Can perfume or cosmetics affect my jewellery?
Yes. Perfumes, lotions, sprays, cosmetics and other chemicals may affect the finish of fashion jewellery. We recommend applying perfumes and cosmetics before putting on your jewellery and allowing them to dry.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping availability depends on the destination and the shipping options available at checkout.
Are international orders covered under your exchange policy?
No. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What happens if I forward my order internationally?
REBA AURA is not responsible for damage that occurs after successful delivery within India, including damage to a package that is subsequently forwarded internationally by the customer.
